ANCHOR Element - Does not connect to an HTML file


Accessibility problem: If a screen reader user follows a link to an image or other objects, they will be faced with a blank display.

Note: The TITLE field will be filled in with a default text string derived from the file type.

If the Anchor element links to a non-HTML file that does not have a TITLE attribute, the following dialog box will be displayed:

If the user selects the 'Help' button on this dialog, then this Help text is displayed.
