Validating the "OBJECT" Elements

OBJECT Element - Should Contain An Alternative Textual Representation

Accessibility Problem: If alternative textual equivalents are not provided for an object, people who are blind, have low vision, or any user who cannot or has chosen not to view an OBJECT will not know the purpose of the visual components on the page.

If an OBJECT element does not contain an alternative representation then the following dialog is displayed:

If the user selects the 'Help' button on this dialog then this help text is displayed.
